By making a donation and/or attending

The Redwing Group Holiday Soiree and Benefit, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

All donations are final and non-refundable. Event attendance, including ticket purchases and sponsorship contributions, is considered a charitable donation to support the mission and programming efforts of The Redwing Group.

The Redwing Group, its affiliates, vendors, sponsors, and participating partners are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage of personal property.

Furthermore, The Redwing Group and participating partners shall not be held liable for any injury, harm, or adverse experience sustained by participants during the event or as a result of attendance.

By attending, you voluntarily assume all risks related to event participation and release The Redwing Group and all associated partners from any claims or liability.
